Can people read my conversations?

The only people that can read your conversations are those that you message either individually or in a team. This is because the data is encrypted to the highest standards both in transit and at rest.

Pando has strong internal controls to protect your data and the data of your patients. These include access controls, audit logging and regular internal and external security reviews.

Healthcare organisations can request data held on the servers; for example in the event of serious clinical incident.

We also complete regular penetration testing for both the server and smartphone application. The latest results for our most recent tests can be sent on request.
