Pando is only accessible by whitelisted domains recognised as those of NHS Trusts or NHS Organisations. The emails that are currently accepted are and Trust email addresses (

In order to complete the 2-step authentication process, you must have access to the secure NHS email account where you will receive an authentication link that will activate your account.

If the domain from your Trust or Organisation is not recognised, it may be that we have not activated it yet. Please get in touch by emailing and we can check this out for you.

Once I have entered my secure NHS email address what should I do next?

  1. Enter secure NHS email address

  2. Check NHS email inbox for the authentication link

  3. This link only lasts 24 hours

  4. If you do not receive it, then please check your junk folder

  5. Click the link and create your Pando profile

If for any reason, you are not being taken to the profile creation page, we suggest you delete the app and reinstall, ensuring you click ‘Allow notifications’ when prompted. We also suggest you complete the security authentication process using your mobile 3G/4G data rather than Trust Wifi.
