The PIN code used to enter Pando is set up when you first create your profile. It is a 4 digit PIN code and we recommend that it is different to your phone PIN code.
If you forget your PIN 10 times, you will be automatically logged out of the app and asked to sign in again through the 2 step authentication using your secure email. After re-authenticating your profile, then you will be asked to create a new PIN code.
How do I change my PIN code to a new one?
From the app home page,
- Click ‘Settings’ in the bottom right-hand corner
- Scroll to the bottom
- Sign out
- Sign in again and re-authenticate using your secure email
- Set your new PIN code
You will be asked to re-authenticate to confirm your identity so that you can reset the PIN code.
