Pando's Ask Advice feature allows you to request advice and guidance from the right people quickly and easily. For an overview of the Ask Advice feature, please see our help article here.
How to send an advice request
At the bottom of Pando's homepage you will see the Ask Advice bar. To search for an Ask Advice team, click on the green '+' sign next to it. Here you will be able to scroll through all of the Ask Advice teams open to you within your organisation.
Looking for a specific Ask Advice team?
Use the search bar at the top and enter the Ask Advice team name you're looking for.
Can't find the Ask Advice team you need?
Try searching in other organisations.
By clicking on an Ask Advice team, you will be able to see the members of the team and any additional information. Once you're ready to send your request, click 'Ask Advice'. Similar to normal messaging on Pando you'll be able to take and share images and attach patient cards to provide more information.
How to close an advice request
Once you've received the information you need, you can close the Ask Advice chat by clicking 'Tap to Resolve'.
The conversation will be saved in your Ask Advice History, which you can access on the Homepage if you are an iOS user or in Settings if you are an Android user.
