You can use Patient Cards to store and find patients' addresses, phone numbers, pictures along with other important details. Patient cards are designed as an easy method to hold patient demographics, notes and details of tasks related to a particular patient which can then be shared in message streams for opinions or referrals. For more information on our Patient Cards, please see our help article here.

There are two ways to attach an image to a patient card:

  1. Take a photo on the Patient Card.
You'll be able to take a photo and save it directly onto the Patient Card, by simply clicking on the camera icon at the bottom of the selected Patient Card's Patient Details section. This will allow you to access your phone's camera and take the image, which will then save directly into the Files section of the Patient card.

  2. Attach an image from your Gallery.
To attach an image that has already been taken and is stored in your gallery simply open the image within the Gallery and click on the patient icon. You will then be able to select which patient card you would like to attach it to.

(iOS left, Android right)

All images attached to a Patient Card can be found under Files on the Patient Details section of the Patient Card.
